Aratos Disaster Control consists of:
- ground reception station for satellite data
- special hardware for receiving and processing satellite data
- specialized GIS system
- specialized web server for data representation, through the World Wide Web, to registered users of the system
- automatic dispatch center alerts via SMS - GSM Modem
- automatic dispatch center warnings via email
- automatic dispatch center alerts via email
